Nest Express

The Nest Express is part of our mission to reinvent neglected things - to make them warm, simple, beautiful. And what could be more in need of reinvention than the icy bite of a metal bench so cold you can feel it through your ski pants? We’ve built the first mountain home in the sky. Just ski into the Nest Express at Squaw Valley , a gondola we turned into a tiny house - complete with wood-patterned interior, custom Pendleton designed benches, framed art, a glowing Nest Learning Thermostat and a Nest Protect: Smoke + Carbon Monoxide alarm to welcome you in.

Advent has established itself as a leading provider of reliable, trusted solutions to global investment management. This “living ecosystem” concept highlighted Advent’s power, drive, and ability to create an infinitely flexible platform that helps their clients solve their greatest challenges.

Nextel

Notorious for its ‘push to talk’, the cellular provider wanted to expand its market from B2B to consumer. This illustrative line concept expressed the infinite freedom to connect with anyone you want. Photographs are taken in documentary style, depicting everyday people & everyday objects.

J Hotel

The world’s tallest 6 star hotel opens in Shanghai in 2014. This concept emphasizes the elegant stature of the building, as well as an infusion of Chinese culture. The ‘accent’ represents a beacon of the highest magnitude, one that all will look to with utmost respect and admiration.

Banana Republic

The company was seeking a symbol to elevate their image to high fashion. The monogram was created to express their brand essence of ‘modern soul.’  A series of patterns were also created to extend the usability of the monogram.

Logitech

Derived from the idea of a seamless world between technology and people, the original logo was dissected and rearranged into various configurations. The shapes represent user experience and invisible aura created when using the products.

Beringer

We were tasked by this Napa Valley wine maker to revisit their identity. Various Bs overlapped on the top of one another reveals each layer of flavor, texture and experience. Each B represents the personality of the class and varietal. 

355 Byrant

A promotional marketing brochure to sell a modern loft in San Francisco, this catalog  combines modern design with traditional craftmanship. While the layout seems simple and effortless, subtle touches such as sewing through the spine and punched holes on the cover  brings this piece to life.

Rebranding Exploratorium in San Francisco. Introducing the “thought process” of a child as a concept and bring it to life in way finding and brand communications.

Caletti Jungsten

When Jeff Jungsten joined John Caletti Construction as a partner, the company needed to introduce a new identity. The mark symbolizes the merge of the two leaders, applied to their company stationery, trucks, and website.

The Nest display was designed and produced for T-Mobile signature store in San Francisco to tell the story for Connected Home. Each modules is representing spaces in our homes: Entrance, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
